Report from the Spring 2007 VON Expo
The Spring 2007 VON Expo in San Jose, CA was both impressive, and a little underwhelming, all at the same time.
It’s impressive in the sense that VoIP has come a long way in the last few years. There were many big names represented and they certainly take VoIP seriously now.

They say progress is made in small steps.
I don’t necessarily subscribe to that theory. I think progress is made in leaps and bounds. The corollary, by the way, is that all progress is made by unreasonable people (G. B. Shaw). Shaw said “unreasonable men”, but I think we can assume he meant “people”.
